These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of oasiscurrent.com (the “Site”), operated by Oasis Current LLC (“Oasis Current,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing the Site, using the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms, on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

Oasis Current designs bespoke water and hydration concepts for luxury hotels, resorts, and destination properties. The Site is an editorial showcase of our work and a point of contact for prospective clients and partners. It is not a transactional commerce platform: no goods or services are sold or ordered through the Site, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. Any commercial relationship with Oasis Current will be governed by a separate written engagement, signed by both parties.

3. Inquiries and Business Correspondence

The contact form allows you to submit an inquiry to discuss a potential engagement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you understand that the information you submit will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may, but are not required to, respond to any inquiry. Nothing in our response constitutes a binding offer, proposal, or commitment unless and until it is set out in a signed written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its content, including without limitation the “Oasis Current” name and logo, the “Premium Hydration Concepts” tagline, the design, layout, typography, copy, photography, illustrations, videos, and code, are owned by or licensed to Oasis Current and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for the purpose of considering a professional engagement with us. You may not, without our prior written consent:

reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Site;
use any Oasis Current trademark, trade name, or trade dress;
frame, mirror, scrape, or systematically extract material from the Site;
use the Site to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems;
or use the Site in any manner that suggests a relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.

5. User Submissions

If you submit any content to us through the contact form, by email, or otherwise (each, a “Submission”), you represent that the Submission is your own or that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Oasis Current a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, copy, store, and process the Submission for the purposes of responding to your inquiry, engaging in business correspondence, and keeping reasonable records, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your Submissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and with the consideration expected of a professional visitor. You will not:

use the Site to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site;
use the Site for unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”);
or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including our social-media profiles. We do not control those websites or services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis Current disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Oasis Current, its affiliates, officers, members, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if Oasis Current has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Oasis Current’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oasis Current and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for any breach of these Terms. The sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will survive (including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence; nothing in this Section limits those protections.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to be valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oasis Current regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on that subject.
