Privacy Policy

Effective: 9 June 2026 · Last updated: 9 June 2026

Oasis Current LLC (“Oasis Current,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of every person who visits oasiscurrent.com (the “Site”) or corresponds with us. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, the personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for the processing of your personal information is:

Oasis Current LLC
c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA
State of incorporation: Arizona
Email: hello@oasiscurrent.com

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share with us:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Company name (optional)
  • The content of your message and any attachments or details you include

When you correspond with us by email, we collect the contents of that correspondence, your email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Our hosting infrastructure and the platform that serves the Site (Webflow) may log limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, and timestamps. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies, including strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting platform. Details, including the legal bases on which we rely, are described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or sent by email.
  • To engage in business correspondence and discuss potential or active engagements with luxury hotels, destination properties, and partners.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site and prevent abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
  • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
  • To maintain reasonable internal records of our communications and commercial relationships.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you choose to submit the contact form or accept non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to your inquiry, engage in business correspondence, keep reasonable records, secure the Site, and protect our rights. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered them against your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is required by applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the parties below, and only as necessary:

  • Hosting and form processing — Webflow, Inc. The Site is built and hosted on Webflow. Contact form submissions are received, stored, and forwarded through Webflow’s infrastructure. Webflow acts as our processor under a written Data Processing Addendum. See Webflow’s Privacy Policy.
  • Email and productivity — Google Workspace (Google LLC). We use Google Workspace to send, receive, and store business email, including correspondence that originates from the contact form. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Typography — Google Fonts (Google LLC). The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; when fonts are requested, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
  • Analytics, embeds, and pixels. None at this time. The Site does not currently use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party embedded content.
  • Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors bound by duties of confidentiality, where relevant to an inquiry or business matter.
  • Legal and safety. Authorities, regulators, or other parties where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
  • Business transitions. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our principal service providers (including Webflow and Google) process data in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, where data-protection law may differ from the law of your jurisdiction. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including, as applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. As a guideline:

  • Inquiry records (contact form submissions and related email correspondence) are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of last contact, unless an active commercial relationship requires longer retention.
  • Records relating to executed engagements are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with statutory limitation and accounting obligations.
  • Server and security logs are kept for a short, rolling period in line with our hosting platform’s defaults.

When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights (EEA, UK, and Other GDPR-style Jurisdictions)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erase personal data, in defined circumstances.
  • Restrict processing in defined circumstances.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You are also welcome to contact us first so that we can address your concern directly.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@oasiscurrent.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding and will reply within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”), provides you with the following rights:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (where applicable) sell or share, the sources of that information, and the purposes for collecting it.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve (12) months.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the categories of personal information identified in Section 2 (identifiers, professional or employment-related information you choose to share, and internet activity information from server logs and cookies) for the business purposes identified in Section 3. We disclose these categories only to the service providers identified in Section 5.

To submit a request, email hello@oasiscurrent.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. You may use an authorised agent; we will request reasonable proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site.
